EarthLED Light Bulbs

You want to be environmentally conscious, but doing so can be damned inconvenient. For example, replacing one of your incandescent bulbs with compact fluorescents can save about $30 of power over the lifetime of the bulb. Not bad, but fluorescents are dim, and they flicker. Plus, while they do last 10 times longer than incandescents, throwing them away is a pain in the neck due to the mercury content.

These new LED light bulbs are tons brighter, don't flicker, don't require special handling, and last fifty times longer than incandescents! What's more, they use even less energy than fluorescent bulbs. The Bright Star bulb puts out as much light as a 100 watt bulb, but uses only one-tenth the power. Plus, it can burn for 11 years!

Automotive Wireless Video Parking Reverse

Automotive Wireless Video Parking Reverse n Sensor

Most luxury cars have them built-in. Anyone with a family or pets should have one. The Automotive Video Parking Sensor is a must-have for anyone with a car, truck, or SUV. Don't put your family at risk every time you back out of the garage or driveway. We've all heard the tragic stories of parents who unknowingly ran over the family dog or even one of their children because they didn't see what was behind them.

The Rear View Mirror is Not Enough

Even if you check the rear view mirror, you aren't seeing everything behind you. Most vehicles are too high for you to notice if there is a cat, dog, or even small child directly behind you. The rear view mirror will only show you what is above the back of your vehicle. The Video Parking Sensor replaces your license plate bracket, allowing you to see what your rear view mirror cannot.

Keychain GPS Receiver with Bluetooth

Inject some GPS into your phone or PDA

It's been said that if you don't know where it is that you're going then you can't ever be lost. Well, we suppose that could be true, but it's generally a better idea to know where you're going and how to get there. Sure, you could wander around aimlessly for awhile and still end up at your destination, but that's pretty darn inefficient and not very geeky. We think GPS is really the only way to travel.

If your smartphone or PDA lacks GPS then this small Keychain GPS Receiver w/Bluetooth will get you on the right track. Simply attach this little unit to your keyring or backpack and the Bluetooth connection will provide GPS data to your phone or PDA. Requires a Bluetooth-compatible phone/PDA and third-party GPS software, not included.

Horntones MP3 Automod

You're in a left-turn lane, waiting for the light to change. In front of you, a young male who needlessly modifies his Honda Civic is busily attenuating the 15Hz on his electric-blue graphical EQ. In front of him, a businessman catches up on his reading by propping the annual report across the steering wheel. In front of him, an elderly lady inexorably falls asleep. The light turns green - you have seconds to make it through the light before you miss the cycle, but nobody's moving. You could lay on your horn, but that anemic whimper wouldn't get anybody's attention. With a grin, you reach to a small gray box on your dashboard, and press button number four.

With a mirror rattling bellow, a steam whistle blasts forth from your car, instantly jarring alert every slowass in front of you. They get moving, and you make it through the light, just as it turns yellow.

Mini Boombox GSM Cell Phone

This mini slider cell phone features a built in MP3 playing boombox that gets surprisingly loud. The best part, you don't have to forsake your existing cell phone (unless you want to). Simply pop the SIM card out of your current cell phone from AT&T/Cingular or T-Mobile and insert it into the back of the Mini Boombox Cell Phone and power it up. Call your existing cell phone number and your Mini Boombox phone starts ringing. Of course you get all the standard cell phone features you would expect including a 1.3 megapixel camera, voice dialing, SMS/MMS messaging and WAP Browser.

One nice trick we like is the ability for the phone to read aloud the numbers of incoming calls using voice synthesis. The Mini Boombox GSM Cell Phone comes with 256 MB of built in memory to store your MP3 music files or videos, and the storage is expandable up to 2GB via a Micro SD card slot. Now you can share your musical tastes with everyone around you without making your old phone mad.
