How to Choose of the Top Android Phones

Researching which cell phone to buy can be hard work. Most likely, you don't need or want all the bells and whistles available on most phones today, but they sure can be a blast to tinker around with! There is a predicament that each phone offers different bells, whistles and toys.

How do you decide which phone is most suited for you? With such a huge variety of cell phones to choose from it is really hard to make a decision. The Google phones have recently become high in demand, thanks to Google's Android operating system. Several cell phone producers are incorporating the Android operating system into their cell phones. Here are some of the best Android phones available on the market now.

The Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 Mini is one of the most highly respected Android phones on the market. This phone is built on a similar model with the same name. Pretty much, the mini is a compression version of the phone it has been modeled after. This phone utilizes the Android 1.6 operating system designed by Google and joins it with the UX interface designed by Ericsson.

The touch screen is two and a half inches big and the phone weighs less than one hundred grams. It may be small, but it packs quite a punch. Equipped with a five-megapixel camera, the phone also has a 3.5mm headphone jack to help you listen to music already downloaded on your phone.

The T-Mobile Pulse Mini is a very popular Android phone. This phone is made for the budget conscious cell phone buyer who wants all of the perks of an Android phone but does not want to pay a high dollar price for it. This phone's touch screen is not even three inches. It has a camera with 3.2 megapixels, plus it has an LED Flash that helps the photographer take higher quality photos. The phone runs Android 2.1 software. The difference between this is and the regular Pulse phone is it had a jack for a headphone.

The Samsung Beam i8520 is a very popular Android phone. In addition to its pico projector feature, it runs on Android technology for its operating system. This means the owner of this phone can use it to project just about anything in their phone onto a wall. It makes bringing a portable projector a simple convenience. It also has smart phone technology - the Android operating system mentioned previously as well as the Touch Wiz skin invented by Samsung. The camera this phone features is 8-megapixels, which makes it even better than a majority of handheld digital cameras! After coming up with the Android system, Google has allowed other cell phone companies to compete with Apple's iPhone.

The Android is noted as Apple's biggest competition and that is how more cell phone providers can offer similar smart phones to people who want to upgrade from their present phone to something more intelligent and svelte. In truth, cell phones now have other uses than just making phone calls. Today they take photos, play tunes and give you a connection to the Internet. If you are yearning to upgrade your cell phone but are skeptical about the iPhone, the Android powered phone is a great choice.
